Welcome to Greene County’s Community Choice Aggregation Program

The towns of Cairo and New Baltimore and the villages of Coxsackie and Athens are pleased to announce that their Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) programs has been renewed. The CCA programs originally launched in July 2019 (Athens, August 2020). The primary goals of the programs are to provide a fixed price and budget certainty for participating residents and businesses. The village of Athens program offers participants an exciting renewable energy option.
