Welcome to Greene County’s Community Choice Aggregation Program
The towns of Cairo and New Baltimore and the village of Coxsackie and Athens are pleased to announce that their Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program has been renewed. The CCA program originally launched in July 2019 (Athens, August 2020). The primary goals of the program are to provide a fixed price and budget certainty for participating residents and businesses. The village of Athens program offers participants an exciting renewable energy option.
